"Machinal" Audition Clarification

No, you DO NOT have to memorize the monologue that you will be presenting. 

BUT!

Please be comfortable enough with your chosen piece so that you can look up from the paper, etc. to make character choices and engage with the room -- 

and so that if I give you some direction or notes, you are flexible enough to try it!
