- Baby Go Blind & Rocky Horror rehearsals continue... and tech for Rocky starts next weekend!

- The TSHIRT ordering deadline has been extended to Tuesday morning at 9am! Please email Nicki at nfrechette@ric.edu with your size if you're interested in a Music.Theatre.Dance shirt!

- Mark your calendars - The open dress for Rocky Horror is Wednesday, April 10th at 7:30pm. Remember your punch card and come support everyone who's been working to make this show happen!

- Applications to direct on the Growing Stage are available for one more week! They're due back to Nicki by April 8th.

Heading into opening night for ROCKY, we are placing an order for newly designed MUSIC. THEATRE. DANCE t-shirts!! We're really fortunate too that the shirts are reasonably priced - only $5 for most sizes!

Here's what's happening this week!


- There's a Shakespeare Workshop today (and next Sunday) if you'd like to participate!


- Rehearsals for ROCKY (including filming on Saturday the 30th) and BABY GO BLIND continue!


- There is a Theatre Org meeting on Wednesday at 12pm in the Little Theatre.


- There is a Technical Theatre Group (TTG) meeting Wednesday at 1pm (downstairs office suite).
- The Improv group will be meeting on Friday at 2pm in the Little Theatre.


- The RIC Dance company will be hosting a show in the Forman Theatre. Performances are Thursday and Friday at 7:30pm if you'd like to attend!

Integrating the calendar

Did you know that it's possible to integrate the callboard calendar into your own Google calendar? This allows you to easily see all the upcoming department events!


In order to make this work, you need to have your own Google calendar, but the sign up process will work from either your laptop or phone.


Here's how!

1. Go to the calendar tab of the callboard - https://riccallboard.blogspot.com/p/calendar.html
2. On the bottom right of the calendar, click on "+ google calendar"
3. Once you click it, a new tab/window will open with the calendar
4. It will ask you, "do you want to add this calendar?"
5. Click "Yes!" and you're all set!!

For any general, performance, or musical theatre majors that are interested in auditioning this semester for an STA (Special Talent Award) please save the date of May 3rd starting at 1:00pm! If you're interested in being on the list, please email Nicki for an audition form. Thanks!


For any tech/design/management students, the 091 individual appointments will be on Thursday, May 2nd. Please send your availability between 10-4 to Nicki. Rather than a sign up sheet, slots this year will be assigned based on the conflicts you send in.
