Sarah and Charlie, a married couple, run a small theatre that's presenting A Christmas Carol -- until Charlie shows up backstage to say the cast and crew are snowed out. Charlie is planning to split up with Sarah tonight, but he's snowed in. Sarah, furious, capitalizes on Charlie's remarkable memory, and blackmails him into doing the play with her as a duo - he has to play Scrooge and she gets to play everyone else. Embrace the holiday spirit with A Christmas Carol… more or less – a unique take on a timeless tale of redemption and the power of kindness.

During an ostentatious wedding reception at a Knoxville, Tennessee, estate, five reluctant, identically clad bridesmaids hide out in an upstairs bedroom, each with her own reason to avoid the proceedings below. As the afternoon wears on, these five very different women joyously discover a common bond in this wickedly funny, irreverent, and touching celebration of the women’s spirit. With witty dialogue, uproarious situations, and a touch of heart, the play offers a window into the complexities of womanhood, friendship, and societal expectations.
