Hi everyone,

I hope everyone's holiday was great!

Cabaret Info:

• SHEET MUSIC IS DUE TOMORROW
• Double-sided
• Emily Fleet will be in the box office tomorrow from 10-12, you can drop it off and buy your tickets for "End It" and "Good Friday" while you're there!
• You can also give your music to Maria Cabral if you can't find Emily
• If for some reason you can't find either of us, OR if classes are cancelled tomorrow, please email me a PDF of your music so that I can start putting together a show list!
• But please print it out for me this week so that we don't have to print everyone's music
• Emily is still selling tickets
• Please consider taking some from her so you can sell them over break! Again, we are trying to figure out how much food to order, and we would like to do that this week!
• Reminder you don't need to give her money to get tickets from her!

Please text/email Emily with any concerns. I know it's hard to stay on top of these dates since the cabaret isn't until January, but it's important to get all of this done this semester so that it can be an easy transition next semester!

Reminder to anyone taking a 178, 278, 378, or 478 class this semester:

Evaluation sheets must be turned in to Nicki in order to get a passing grade for the class. Extra forms are available in the lower office suite on top of the black files cabinet. Please fill out the top half of the form and sign the bottom. Nicki will take care of contacting your supervisor to have them fill out the grading portion of the form.

Photoshop Workshop

Open to any interested student!

Join Katryne in the tech classroom this coming SATURDAY, 11/23 from 10:00 to 1:00pm for a demonstrative Photoshop workshop. She will go over the most common aspects of the program that she uses as a designer to convey her ideas to the rest of the production design team. Come and observe, or bring your laptop and follow along!

• All theatre majors should sign up for an audition slot in the MTD Office. Please take the earliest slot you are available for! Please do not leave large gaps between people if you don’t need to!

• Please read the entire script before you audition. Copies are available to borrow from Sue in the MTD office.

• If you want to be on the “do not cast list” for the show, please email Nicki at nfrechette@ric.edu  no later November 22^nd.

• If you’re also a member of the RIC Dance Co., please check with Gel for potential conflicts with Spring Concert, which is happening two weeks before Awake & Sing’s production week.

• Students should prepare a contemporary monologue, dramatic or comic, maximum length 3 minutes.

• The Call-back list for Awake & Sing will be posted on the Theatre callboard. (www.riccallboard.blogspot.com)

• Rehearsals begin Sunday, January 19th (the Sunday before classes begin) and will run Sunday-Thursday nights from 7-10pm and Fridays from 4-7pm.

Flash Mob:

• The Flash Mob is on November 20th at 12:30 in Don!
• Our rehearsals will be Wednesdays and Fridays from now until then

• I know tomorrow's rehearsal is late notice, just please try to be there if you can! ️ 
• We will have flowers and balloons for Ann and that will be discussed at the rehearsals

• This is something nice we are doing for a member of the RIC Faculty who always takes care of us, as well as an opportunity for the company to be heard and seen - it'd be great to have as many of us as possible!
