Reminder to anyone taking a 178, 278, 378, or 478 class this semester:
Evaluation sheets must be turned in to Nicki in order to get a passing grade for the class. Extra forms are available in the lower office suite on top of the black files cabinet. Please fill out the top half of the form and sign the bottom. Nicki will take care of contacting your supervisor to have them fill out the grading portion of the form.
