If you're enrolled in 178, 278, 378, or 478... please make sure to turn in your 78 Class Assessment Forms! These can be found in the lower office suite on top of the black file cabinet.
You should fill out the top, sign the bottom, and turn it into your supervisor for evaluation! Forms can then be turned in to Nicki either under her office door or in her mailbox.
Forms are due by Friday, December 9th at 4:00pm!!
