COVID COLOR SYSTEM: 
Low Level (Green)
• People may choose to mask at any time. 
 • Do not come to campus if you are sick, test negative before coming to campus. 
• Masks are required in high-risk areas Center for Health & Wellness, advising meetings and individual sessions/interactions; Classroom masking is at the discretion of each faculty member. 
• Masks are recommended in indoor public transportation settings and may be required in other places by local or state authorities. 
• Masks are optional in rehearsals. 

Medium Level (Yellow) 
• Do not come to campus if you are sick, test negative before coming to campus. 
• Residential students call Health Services at 456-8055 if symptomatic. 
• *Medical and Religious exemptions begin testing weekly. Majors (MTD, athletics begin testing). 
• Masks are encouraged in all buildings. Masks are required in the classroom (unless waived by faculty). 
• If you are at high risk for getting very sick, wear a well-fitting mask or respirator. 
• If you have household or social contact with someone at high risk getting very sick, consider self-testing to detect infection before contact and consider wearing a mask when indoors with them. 
• Masks will be worn at rehearsal unless someone is actively working a scene/monologue 

High Level (Red) 
• Do not come to campus if you are sick, test negative before coming to campus. 
• Residential students call Health Services at 456-8055 if symptomatic.

• Masks are required in all buildings. Wear a well-fitting mask or respirator. 
• If you are high risk for getting very sick, consider avoiding non-essential indoor activities in public where you could be exposed. 
• Masks are mandatory at rehearsal and we will follow school mandates for performances.

THTR 78s – Mainstage Practicum Work 
  • Intent Form – Tell us what you’d like to do! 
  • Options – Perform in a show, be on a run crew, work hours in the scene shop or costume shop 
  • Evaluation/Assessment Form – After your work is completed, fill out the final form and turn it into your supervisor who should then turn it into the class instructor. 
  • Supervisors: Director (for performers), Alan (for shop hours), Kerry (for costumes), Nicki (run crew)

AUDITION POLICY:
As a Rhode Island College student, we expect that your first priority will be the productions at RIC. It is required that you will audition for all 6 RIC productions, but you may put yourself on the “Do Not Cast List” if you have a conflict and can’t do the show. The option to add yourself to the list will be an option when filling out the online audition form/sign up. 

091 PUNCH CARDS: 
Attendance at all RIC Theatre events is mandatory, regardless of whether or not you are performing, including Mainstage and Growing Stage performances. Attending performances is part of your education! All students should plan to attend the following events: 
• Fall Welcome Meeting 
• Auditions for all shows 
• Open dress for all 4 Mainstage shows, and the 2 Growing Stage shows 
• Spring Welcome Meeting 
• The ACTF send off 
• Senior Showcase on campus 

For Fall 2022, MT and Performance students are required to audition for all 5 upcoming shows. All theatre students are required to attend 3 out of the 4 following events: 3 open dress rehearsals and 1 welcome meeting. 

For Spring 2023, MT and Performance students are required to audition for the Fall 2023 show. All theatre students are required to attend, 3 out of the 5 following events:3 open dress rehearsals, 1 welcome meeting, ACTF send off, Senior Showcase. 

EXPECTATIONS: 
- Follow & check the callboard! 
- Check your RIC email. 
- Declare yourself as a theatre major if you haven’t already and make sure you’re on our list! 
- Please also make sure you’re enrolled in THTR 091 every semester! 
- Please register ahead of time for open dress rehearsals (via event brite). You cannot give away your ticket to someone else, but hopefully we won’t run into capacity problems. We just need a correct list of names. 
 - Do not bring valuables to the theatre! Items of importance/value should not be left unattended in the dressing rooms. 
- Everyone must wear shoes outside of classrooms/dance studio/dressing rooms/theatres! - Let’s keep this building clean! 
- Please do not sit on props/furniture outside of blocking. This includes before and after rehearsal (for example when directors give notes)
