78 Reminder

To anyone enrolled in a 78 practicum place, this is your reminder to turn in your Assessment forms! You need to fill out the top, sign the bottom, and turn it in to me in order to receive a passing grade in the class. If you need an extra form, they're located outside my office on the tall black filing cabinet.
