If you're using your work on Awake & Sing for your 78 class credit this semester, please turn in your Assessment form before you leave on spring break!
Extra forms are available on top of the black file cabinet in the lower office suite.
On the form, you need to fill out the top portion and sign the bottom.
Turn the forms into Nicki and she will coordinate getting them filled out by your various supervisors!
