Reminders!!
* All (non-technical) theatre majors are required to audition for all department shows. If you haven't signed up for audition slots, please do so ASAP. All tech majors should be planning to work each MainStage show in some capacity. Any RIC student is welcome to audition for the shows. You do not have to be a theatre major, only 6 class credits at RIC to be eligible.
* December 1st is the deadline to email Alan if you'd like to be on the "Do Not Cast List" for next semester. If you're on this list, you are still required to audition.
* The dress rehearsal for COMPLETE WORKS is open to any interested Theatre Major. Outside friends and family are NOT permitted.
* This Saturday at 12pm is the Play Reading Workshop for DINNER WITH FRIENDS.

- FIRST READ-THRU/TABLE TALK: Thursday,
Dec. 15th at 7:00 PM in the Little Theatre. Since the #3 slot production has only
4 weeks of rehearsal before production week, the tentative rehearsal
schedule will be Saturday and Sunday (Noon – 6 pm with actors called ONLY
as needed) and Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 7:30–10:30 pm during
January
- Blocking Rehearsals begin – Monday – Thursday, January 11 - 15
- Rehearsals will be scheduled during
the week of the KCACTF Region 1 Festival on Tuesday, Jan. 26th –
Sunday, Jan. 31st with time TBD
- Off-book date and rehearsal

so please use your holiday time to memorize your lines

ATTENTION ALL THEATRE MAJORS:
There will be an Acting Workshop offered by Jed Hancock-Brainerd on Saturday, December 10th from 2:00-4:00 PM in the Melcer Dance Studio.
Please RSVP to Bill as soon as possible to attend.

JED HANCOCK-BRAINERD
Jed Hancock-Brainerd is a Newport-anchored Providence-based theatre-maker who, in addition to acting locally at The Gamm, The Wilbury Group, Elemental Theatre Collective and 2nd Story, is also one-fourth of the tri-coastal devising company, Strange Attractor, creating original theatre in Providence, Philadelphia, and Juneau, AK. Since forming in 2010 he has co-created 6 new works with Strange Attractor, and also served with company member Rebecca Noon and frequent collaborator Jeremy Radtke as the design team behind the School House Long House at the RISD Museum's 2013 show, Locally Made. Jed holds an MFA from the London International School of Performing Arts in Lecoq Based Actor Created Physical Theatre, a BFA in Theatre Arts from URI and has shared his training through classes and workshops at the Gamm, Brown University, RIC, URI, Roger Williams University and in Alaska at Sitka Fine Arts Camp and Perseverance Theatre.Saturday, November 26, 2016
